I finished my post sec edu from Toronto and planning to move to SAS.
To apply for SINP under Hospitality , how many months do I need to work before I can apply?
oh brother that will be LONG! The last I checked was 2 years for the graduates from non Sask Institute. also the job has to be skilled and what not. be very prepared before the move
This link says 6 months.. but it doesnt mention anything about Sask or non-Sask institute.

Can you direct me to the right source?
Yes, but that is for the companies that are approved from the SINP already, do you have any intended employer already in SK?
also I would really suggest that you call SINP help line and talk to an immigration officer, you might need to leave a message and they will return your call the next day or 2.
Yes, it is true that you need to work only for 6 months in Hospitality and you get your SINP in 1-3 months. you will get job easily too in saskatchewan. But this is only till 2015 i think. because they change rules every year.
PGWP holders are not eligible to apply for any stream except International Student category.
the best way is email the SINP office and ask if you are eligible under this or no. this is the email and they reply in one week.
