I've been working in IT industry since 10 years and have a number of job duties which fall under 2 NOCs : 2171 & 2173.
While creating Express Entry profile for FSW, I opted for 2171 to create my profile.
Recently, I tried to create SINP-EOI profile, but I found that 2171 is not present in their OID list.
I also observed that NOC 2173 is present in their OID list & my job duties coincide with this NOC as well.
Now, my question is
1. Can I create SINP-EOI profile with NOC 2173 while I've already created FSW Express Entry profile with NOC 2171 ?
2. If I do so, will be considered as misrepresentation of information in FSW & SINP programs?

The safest approach would be to erase the EE profile and set up a new one based on the ‘in-demand’ NOC code.
In any event, you will need to make sure that your Employer Reference Letters contain a job description that reflects the NOC under which you are applying.
Even I have this exact same doubt. My Noc in EE profile is 5241 but my job duties align with 2175 as well. I can get a letter with both job descriptions.
Been thinking if I should submit with different noc. Also can I apply for cips after getting an noi?

Hi All,
I have the same query. My NOC as per Express entry is 2171 but my duties matches with 2175 as well. Also I have worked in NOC 8611 for 4 months in Canada, but in demand list we have 8252. While creating profile in SINP, it asks for 1 year work experience in demand list occupation. Can I still apply for it with the NOC 2175/8252, Will that be a misrepresentation of data?
