SINP as per the NOC 4212 Social and community service workers

Good day!
I am writing form Dhaka, Bangladesh. I am a youth and life skill worker and a community development worker.
I serve as a volunteer in youth engagement and have a working group name Better minds
We serve mostly for community services as a non profit platform. Our are of work are life skill training, job placement, pre- employment soft skill development. But I have no college or University level education or qualification on social welfare, rather I learned by experience and small courses.
My question is may I can apply for SINP as per the NOC 4212 Social and community service workers ?
If yes, what are the way I can proof my experience of social work or what are the agency/ organization I may submit my professional equivalency.

See your noc required license from casw ( Canadian association of social workers), it required degree or master degree in social work -https://www.casw-acts.ca/en
