I have a SINP approved job offer letter for the Web Developer (NOC 2175) position. I am applying under Saskatchewan Experience Class with existing work permit (I have experience more than 1 year and 6 months as web developer in Saskatoon). Also, I have a bachelor of engineering in computer science (B.E. Computer). I am wondering do I need to get the license from regulatory body such as CIPS or ISP ? I check on SINP website but they have not mentioned anything about it on their website. Please help me.
Thank You
You dont need to have license for this. May i know how long it took for you to get job approval letter?
Thank You,
It took almost 2 months (9 weeks)
Thank you. I am in Regina and it s almost 6 weeks now and have not heard from them yet
For software professional, you don’t need to worry about licenses
Thank You,
You could ask your employer to follow-up with the SINP by calling them. This makes processing bit faster. I hope this helps.
