Hello! I am a Post graduate work permit holder in Canada. I have got all documents required for PR Application and my CRS score is above cut off. My spouse is with me however he is still awaiting extension of his work permit. His permit is not extended since I didn't have NOC 0.A or B job. We are still awaiting for an answer from IRCC, therefore; he is on implied status. Should I apply for PR alone at this time or wait and apply together. If I wait to apply together our CRS Score will go down. Will applying alone create questions for the immigration officer since there is no substantial reason why I am not applying along with my spouse?
Also, what should be my response for:
1. Why your spouse is not coming at this stage, since he is already in Canada with me?
2. Later when I want to sponsor him, what justification should I give to Immigration officer?
