I want to apply for a Super Visa for my mother.
She is a farmer cum housewife. Single mother. My father is no more.
I have my brother and sister in India and both are married and working adults.
What documents can one show for farm ownership (7/12 Extract for land in Maharashtra are all in Marathi)?
Would adding that help convince the office of strong ties to the home country?
What could constitute strong ties to your home country? Anyone who has experience, please share your thoughts.

@canuck78
I'm applying for Super Visa itself.
What could constitute strong ties to your home country? (Apart from home on the farm that you've already mentioned)

Experience, as a senior most have less ties because no job or dependent family members, supervisas can be used to visit for many years not for up to 6 month when visitors are expected to return home.
Would certainly attach proof of property ownership in India and other ties that would indicate she has to return on a certain date or time periods (some have to return home to obtain their pension for example) but it doesn’t sound like she has any other ties.

Thanks for this answer! According to the CIC website, it appears, it is not necessary to show any ties to home country. How true to word would you say this is? Or do we still need to provide proof of ties? My mother does not own anything, does not have any dependents, and does not have much assets. She lives with her caregiver inside a home that I own in Vietnam
