Hello,

I will be completing my application for permanent residence along with my child, who is 9 years old girl. I have an agreement with her father stating that her custody will be with me, if me or my daughter doesn't ask for any support. It has been 6 years since we got separated and I haven't asked for any kind of support. The agreement was signed in front of two witnesses and a notary public. Will the agreement be accepted by IRCC, if yes - will they ever try to contact her father by any means, asking this because we are not at all aware of his whereabouts after divorce and would be difficult to get a word from him. If the agreement will not be accepted then what will I need to submit?

I received an invitation to apply for permanent residence, having 475 as CRS score with more than 5 years of experience in Data Science working in the United States - there is no financial problem from my side as to live in Canada and support my daughter.

You need documents clearly proving you have sole legal custody. If you have those, you're good to go.
