Singapore VO - Help!

Hello,

I was just wondering what the process is for sending a passport from Canada to Singapore when they send a passport request? Is it just shipped from Canada to Singapore by FedEx, DHL or other of the like? With return envelope?

How long does it usually take?

I live in Thailand and had a PPR to send to Singapore. The only option was to do it through VFS.
On a side note - it seems really bizarre to send it from Canada to Singapore for stamping. Did you already receive a PPR asking you to do this? If yes, you should probably request a change of stamping office....
