Hi there. Anyone have applied for COC for Singapore without a valid FIN/NIRC and what document you uploaded during the appeal? And they require to submit letter from requesting body about the Police clearance requirement. What letter did you uploaded? Thanks
 
They need official request from Ircc demanding Coc on your name

Need help !

I was in Singapore between 2009 - 2015 March, then came to Canada as PR (took Singapore Police Clearance in 2014 November for Canada PR).
Now for applying Citizenship should I take a new Police Clearance or can I submit the old Police Clearance? I did not traveled to Singapore after coming to Canada. Am in Canada for 3+ years now.

Please advice.

Actually same question,i dont have my fin so how can i apply for singapore clearance?thank you!

Good thing you have a copy of that Police clearance from your PR application, Mine was not returned. I am not sure if they will accept that COC but since you have no way to apply for a new one without the letter from Canada, i would suggest you include that on your application, then put an explanation on why you submitted that and if still required to provide you an official letter of request. just my opinion.

You can you your old FIN when you were back in SG, hope you had a soft copy of that so you can upload. But you need the FIN to login.
