my flight is landing at night, would I be able to apply for SIN card at airport in that case ? If am unable to then what’s the procedure to do it outside airport and how long does it take ?

No, you won't be able to get the SIN at the airport if you land at night.

However, it's a very easy process to get it. You go to any Service Canada office on the next business day with your CoPR and Passport, and you get the SIN in about 30 minutes.
