I have a DISTANCE education from Sikkim Manipal University for both bachelor's and masters.

Is it valid for Canadian application?

If so, should it put it as Masters/Professional degree while selecting educational qualification.

Yes, it's valid of Canada PR application. You've to get your assessment done by IQAS. They'll evaluate as Masters equivalency as per Canadian standards.
