Hi, Have finished filling in the Citizenship form, and page 8 'signature of applicant' it says 'city'.... what are they referring to?....... where i'm signing from, where I would like the test to be taken, my home address city?... any ideas why they want the 'city' information.
Just checking my form over, would like to ask your opinion on page 3. Q11. Employment.
If you were unemployed for a bit,... what would be adviseable to fill in Column 5 'Where were you physically located'... shall i put n/a, or leave blank, or insert address where i was living at the time of unemployment?, Obviously for all other employments I have filled in the employers address!
