Since you did not take photostats, you would need to fill the forms again - when you fill them try to be consistent with the infrmation you provided in earlier forms.
now lets say ur mailing address has changed then you need to provide the updated mailing address in those forms and attach a sheet explaining the same, this is what aanbaan meant by updated information.
In Ideal case, you are suppossed to take photocopies for forms sent to CIO, then for visa office just sign those photocopies and if any info is changes, update the form and attach a letter.
but nothing to worry , filling those forms again is perfectly fine - just be consistent.
Read the below site, first section - it contains this statement
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/EG74.asp
Application for permanent residence: Federal skilled worker class (IMM 7000)Step 2: Complete the application
Filling out the application For your personal records, you should retain copies of all forms. Each copy must have an original signature. You will be requested to submit a signed copy of these forms if the application is recommended for further assessment to a Canadian Visa Office. Should there be any changes made to the information on the forms, a letter of explanation should accompany the submission to the Visa Office.
But I read this thing before also and I thought thay want us to have copies of the same in the form of Soft Copies. I have all forms filled as Soft Copy. And I would only be needing to sign and [rovide date there. Rest all would remain same.
One thing more I would like to know. I have taken Reference Letter from my previous Company but I forgot to ask them to provide Seal there though its on Letterhead. Is this important or I have to make it sealed.
When i asked my employer abt the seal he said " WE are not a Govt Organization nor notary"
My HR manager said Company letterhead and the signature of HR/Manager is a proof or originality , also - if possible and if you can get - attach business card of person signing
