Signed Forms for the Spouse

Hello ,
I am filing for CEC in Aug 2014.
My spouse is in another country.
I understand tht the spouse needs to fill IMM5669 and IMM 5406 forms.
Since they are far off, can they complete those forms, sign and send me a scanned copy and can i print them out here and submit along with the application?

Hello,

You need to submit original IMM 5406 & IMM 5669 forms for your spouse.

Ask them to download the forms, fill, dated & signed and then send you through courier. Along with all other supporting documents like Birth Certificate, PCC, Marriage Registration Certificate, Passport Copies.. Refer Checklist if i am missing here something important..

Hi

You can complete but your spouse needs to sign, you have to send in the original signed forms. Scan will not be accepted.
