Signed and Stampled Bank Statement as a proof of funds?

Hello Everyone,

When it comes to proof of funds documents, I was only able to get a bank statement from my bank (on headed paper, signed and stamped). But it is not as a letter as mentioned on the official website. It also does not say anything about debts, loans, liabilities etc..

Will a signed and stamped bank statement suffice as a proof of funds for express entry application?

I forgot to mention that the bank statement covers all my accounts in local and foreign currencies for the past 9 months..

Any help is appreciated.
