Sign the form?!

Hello everyone,

I'm almost finishing gathering all the documents and I saw this note on both 3900 and 3999 guides that says "sign the form" after the mailing instruction. Both say "The application must be signed and dated before it is submitted.".

So I just wonder if there is a generic form specifically for me and my partner to sign on? or since this message appears after the mailing instruction, it just generally refers to all the forms that require signature and date?

The guides are asking you and your partner to sign your respective forms before posting. Remember as the sponsored person, you also need to sign your partner's Application to Sponsor, Sponsorship Agreement and Undertaking IMM1344.

one more question on this one then:
So i was thinking if the form IMM 1344 is considered the application, would the date when my partner and I signed on this form be considered date of application?

The date of application will be the day they rceive your package.
