I have received an email to ask me to setup an account within 7 days, unfortunately I don't have GCKey or any accounts in Sign-in partner, that means I can't setup an account and they will continue communicate with me via email?

You need to create a gckey account and then link your paper application to it.
Lots of ppl have issues linking. I also did. I couldn't not link my application for 2 weeks after I received this email.
I think if you don't link they will continue by email but you should try to get it linked.
Hi Kandy, thanks for your information. I'm in Hong Kong and my husband had submitted family sponsorship application for me. I'm not Canada citizen and can apply GC Key?
