Hi there,
I know that for having a sibling you get 15 points under the express entry program.
Your sibling needs to be a permanent resident or a citizen and live in Canada.
My question is: does the sibling need to live in the SAME province the applicant has requested?

I live in Ottawa. My sister will apply in a couple of months to Ontario province.
We are thinking of moving to Quebec (just across the river) Is this going to affect her application? the fact that I am moving to Quebec?
