I have a sibling in Canada who is a permanent resident and i have claimed points for that. For the proofs i am planning to submit our Birth Certificates and Passport Copies.
The father's name in our birth certificate has a minor spelling mistake whereas our mothers name has no issues.
I am anyway planning to submit an affidavit stating both names (father's name) are one and the same.
1. Will this anyway help my case to prove my sibling relationship ?
2. Has anyone before claimed sibling points with the same situation of spelling error and overcome it, if so please suggest the best approach ?
