Sibling points for express entry

Hi
I have a ''first cousin' living in Canada as PR who is actually my sister biologically as I was adopted on birth by my father's brother. Do I get sibling points in Canadian express entry program.

Whose name is on your birth certificate? If your biological father's name is on the birth certificate - then yes. If your adoptive father's name is on your birth certificate - then no.
