Hi, can I claim the extra siblings points if my brother in law who has his PR card, and is living in Canada for a month? MY sister is still in India; though she has her PR card, but not moved yet.
(I am living in Canada as work permit)
 
No. Your sister has to be resident in Canada before you can claim points.
