Would like to know about the sibiling sponsorship 2018

I am 26 years old my brother is a permanent resident of Canada for more than 3 years

He lives with his wife and kid in Quebec

Would I be eligible for the family class sponsorship???

Would like to know the eligibility criteria’s and views

No, he has family in Canada already so is ineligible to sponsor a sibling.

You'll need to qualify to immigrate independently.

But I read a scenario where its possible for him to sponsor me indirectly

For e.g. if he sponsors my mom I can be added as an dependent to my mom and he can sponsor me indirectly

Any views or suggestions on that?

For that to happen you have to be under 22 or financially dependent on her. So are you financially dependent on your mother? Do you have a job? He would also need to qualify for the lottery to sponsor your mother.

Nope I am not financially dependent on her. I am working currently

So there is no other option for me to get sponsored by him than to apply an PR individually right?

Lottery would be an random selection on the criteria basis if applied right?
