Should i travel to canada as a tourist before or after I submit application for express entry?

I had applied for express entry in Nov, and got my ITA.
Today, I have 16 more days left to apply for express entry before my invitation expires.
During this time, I also got a visitor visa for family reunion.

I am wondering, should I travel to Canada before or after I submit the express entry application?
