Though it is not confirmed but I am assuming that Buffalo has issued medicals and because of winter storm mail has not delivered yet. On one side i will do medicals on other side I am planning to send RPRF fees just to reduce a step in whole process.
Should I send right of permanent resident fees in advance? Will it effect negatively? Will CIC get angry because of unwanted cash or they will keep it and send me a thank you letter. Please advice.

Can one send RPRF in advance?
