Should I send Open Work Permit Application to the same address?

Hi
In the check list IMM5589, I see if I live in Canada with my sponsor, and applying under the Common-law partner in Canada class then I need to send the application package to this address:
CPC-Mississauga, P.O. Box5040, Station B, Ontario, L5A 3A4
and after this sentence, I see 'I am also including an Open Work permit application.

In this case, should I send my Open work permit application to the same address where I send my PR application ?? Or
Case Processing Centre in Edmonton
Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada
c/o Work permits for spouses or common-law partners, Station 777
9700 Jasper Avenue NW, Suite 55
Edmonton, AB T5J 4C3?
