Should I Say 'Yes' for LMIA Work Permit? Help Needed

Hi All,

I have a job offer on which my employer applied LMIA (got approved), after which I applied for WP, essentially making it a LMIA based work permit, so while filling up the EE application after receiving ITA, what exactly is the diff between these two questions?

Was a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) issued for the job offer in Canada? This should be YES

Was a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) issued for the current work permit? -> Should I say 'Yes' or 'No', as LMIA was issued on the job offer but the WP is essentially tied to LMIA?
