Should I put a cover page before multiple documents?

Dear forum members,

Is it ok to put a cover page with a document checklist if you have more than one documents to submit under a single upload?

For example, under police check, I need to upload multiple certificates from different countries. Same for work experience, have multiple documents.

No harm i suppose, i uploaded a cover letter/page detailing the list of documents i attached just to make they know which is what and why.

Thank you for responding . Reason I asked is I got worried because I don’t want to overwhelm the officer with too much information
