Should I list PR card information in Question 14a)?

Question 14a) Have you held travel documents and or passports during your eligibility period?

I list my passport information.
But should I list the information about my Canadian Permanent Resident card too?
I heard that PR card is a kind of travel document.

PS: I was issued a PR card, but it was lost a few months ago. I've reported the loss to the police ans signed a solemn declaration to IRCC.

But a long time ago I have scanned the PR card into my computer so I know its number and expiry date. Do I need to provide these information?

In Question 14a), they ask about the Document#, Country of issue, Place of issue, Date issued and Expiry date.

That would be your current Passport of your country
It is obvious that you are PR and applying to citizenship
