Should I list my spouse as my former common law partner?

Hi all,

My husband and I lived together for 3 years before getting married. We have been married for 4 years now.

The application form asks if we've ever been in a previous marriage or common law relationship - and if so, for how long and with whom.

Should we list each other as former common law partners with the date of our common law relationship ending 1 day before our wedding? e.g. if we got married June 12, our common law relationship end date would be June 11.

Does this make sense? Has anyone else done this?

I also feel odd listing him as a former common law partner, even though technically it is true. But if it adds confusion I'll gladly leave it off.
