Should I include my spouse as accompanying in my EE profile?

Hello everyone!

I am currently trying to apply under CEC with the score of 465 if my spouse is not accompanying, and 452 if she is included.

She is currently in Canada and has just graduated and applied for her PGWP. Do I have to include her as accompanying in my profile or it is possible for me to apply as common-law but not including her so I get higher CRS score? Will I be able to sponsor her after I become a permanent resident?
