Should I include my Language test results or nah??

Hi folks,

I'm being sponsored under Other Relative cathegory thru Family Sponsorship. I got my IELTS results and although immigration hasn't asked it for it yet I assume they likely ask for it at some point. Should I include it with my application? Will this benefit or speed up the process?
