Should I include entries to Canada/US in Travel History?

Hi guys,

I am currently filling up the Travel History section and have one question.
During 2010-2014 I had been stuying in US which therefore was my residence country during that period.
I had also been travelling to Canada to see my girlfriend regularly (10+ entries) in 2010-2014.

So, my question is should I include both US AND CANADIAN entries in my travel history?
If I did so, my stay in US would be split into many small trips cuz each trip to Canada needs a return, right? That doesn't make much sense to me...

Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thank you guys!
