yes, Carleton University is offering 3 full terms + 1 co-op term, masters program of 2 years with a fee of $7500 per term so it will be approx. $24k and PGD is offered from Lambton college with 3 full term program plus 1 co-op term of 2 years with 7k per term which will be $22k approx.

My knowledge lacks in relevance to your field of study, however i am sure with little research you can choose suitable course/college. I do read that U of Waterloo is located in Tech. Hub and Queens Uni is also good option.
