Do I need to get the ECA done separately for both degrees

Do I need to get the ECA done separately for both degrees
it's better to get them both. if your masters get evaluated as a masters you'll get point for masters( higher than two or more degrees)
cost wise it's the same, one ECA application you send all your documents bachelor + masters so might as well get it all done
As I know WES requires the certificates and transcrpits sent to them by the universities.
Is there any other authority where I can get the ECA of both my degrees done online just by uploading the docs I have with me ?
Please advice.
