My score is 456 and I received an ITA today. Hooray!! I hope everyone who is still in the pool will receive the ITA soon!
My current situation is: I have an AINP and already submitted my PNP application in August 2015. I received the application number and UCI in November 2015. I am expecting to receive a medical check request in two months and ultimately get my PR card at the end of 2016.
I received an ITA today and I am wondering if I can get any quicker under EE. One limitation is my police clearance is almost expired (March 2nd, 2016). I need to go back to China from Canada to be able to get a new one. I wonder if it is okay to submit my application before March 2nd? Will CIC people reject me if the police clearance is expired by the time they review my application? I don't think there is any problem to submit my application before March 2nd though.
In this case, should I apply via EE or should I just stay in PNP and decline the ITA?
Also, correct me if I am wrong, I am allowed to applied via both EE and PNP, right?
If you are living in Canada currently and have no intention to go back to live in China, the PCC you currently have is still valid no matter what expiration date written on it.
