Require help from experienced members immediately. I am ready with all the documents and was about to submit the application.
Long story short:
I have 1 year Canadian experience. But 1 year is valid as on ITA date (infact 1 year and 4 days as on ITA date - Feb 22nd 2017), but will not be after I submit e-APR. Due to the 3 year clause for CEC, my earlier experience will expire as per this: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/perm/express/refuse.asp
I was under the impression that, ITA date is lock in date for experience. Please help me in deciding!

As per this link,I would go for FSW rather than wasting my time waiting 3 months for refusal as you do not meet MEC at the time of eAPR. Rest is your call.

Even if I recalculate the score now, it is still same as per the CIC tool. That is because it asks for canadian experience in the last 10 years. So even if the VO recalculate my score on the eAPR date it will be same.
