should I change my last name now?suggestion please!

We are planning to get married in July, however, when we fill up the marriage license application form, it indicates I can use my spouse's last name, my question is should I change my spouse's last name while we get our marriage license? Also, all my ID, including my passport still have my original last name, will it cause the confusion when I send out my file for CIC? or is it better to change my name after I get PR?

you can change your name at any time after the marriage. I f you are going to change your name i would suggest changing your passport also. Many have not done this because cic can usually figure out who is who lol but personally i wouldn't chance it. Just my 2cents.
