Hello everyone,

I am in the US on H1B.

I had applied for Canada PR a while ago.

I just got the magical email, asking me for Passport stamping. While, I am happy, my application has been approved, I have below questions.

1. Should I tell my current US employer that I have obtained Canada PR?
2. The current employer is in process to file for I140. They are planning to file PERM application this month. Would it (Canada PR / stamping on my passport) affect my PERM application?
