Should I Attach the Corrected Passport Scan via Web Form?

Hi everyone!

I submitted an application for a study permit (outside Canada) and realized that I made a mistake: I sent a passport scan without my signature. However, I have not recieved any request of additional docs.

Here is timings:
Application revieved: 11 May
Biometrics Collection letter: 12 May
Biometrics Complete: 31 May
Medical request: 5 July
Medical passed: 27 July

Since 27 July there is no update, so I am scaried that it is because of that passport scan. Should I inform that I send them wrong scan? or just create web form about additional document and send up-to-date version (during process I visited neighbour country, so I have new stamp since I submitted application). Could you please advice on this situation?

One more weird thing is that on Portal I have passed medical exam, but on tracker (GCKey) it didn't even start.
