Should I apply PR under NOC 2171 or 2174??

My WP is issued/has job title for NOC 2174 but actual work I am doing in Canada is for NOC 2171.

Should I apply PR under NOC 2171 or 2174??

All company docs will have NOC 2174 description.

Mine is closed WP, ie, its mentioned in WP that I cannot work for any other company or title or location...

It is important that the duties and responsibilities provided by your employer in the reference letter matches with the NOC you put in your application. Discrepancy between duties in the letter and NOC code provided in application will usually lead to a rejection. If the verbiage in the letter matches more with 2174, stick to that.
