Should I apply for my brothers visitor visa for convocation?

Hello everyone,

I wanted to ask your opinion about putting my younger brothers(19) visitor visa for Canada on my convocation purpose. My mom and dad already got the visa for same purpose. He is currently doing his bachelors and he has no travel history. Would you guys suggest me how can I make his file stronger if I can apply and what would be chances for getting visa.

Since your brother is 19 years old he is considered a dependent on your parents. You can show your parents financials as proof of funds for him. To show strong ties submit proofs of his admission in college, fee paid, academic schedule etc.
