In October, I'm going to go to Canada with my school for a 14-day trip, in which we're going to study English for 7 days on mornings at a Languages School in Victoria, BC, and on the time left, we'll be visiting places around British Columbia.
While filling up the IMM5257 form to get a Visa, I'm being asked for the Purpose of my Visit, which I don't know if it is "Short-Term Studies" or "Tourism". I really need to fill this as fast as possible, as time just flies!
In the meantime, thank you so much for your attention and please, if you know it, answer it!
Yes, I do have a letter from the travel agency from my country that explains everything we'll be doing each day in Canada and a letter from CEES (Canada English Education Service), which is the Canadian agency that'll be guiding us, with the Activities Description for the Program.

I see. Well, based on this description, it seems like a school field trip, so I'm thinking it's more along the lines of tourism.... But you know the daily activities better, so unless you can think of a good reason it's not.
You have to submit both letters then.
I've heard of a recent case where she was granted a student visa for a 1-week aesthetician course, so it could go that way as well.
