Hello,

I applied for study permit and got refused a week ago, i re-applied today my only concern is what if i didnt' get response until January intake?, should i cancel my 2nd application and ask for a refund giving my first refusal letter or should i ask Humber for an intake defer?

Also, what are the conditions for refund or semester defering?

Just be positive , let this going , and if the visa will not be finalized near your intake then , defer it , cic will ask u for a defer letter .

as per humber college is concerned , you should get some information about the refund policy.
some instituition charge a percentage of the amount .
