Hey friends
Could anybody share the experience of short hearings, like
Was it virtual or in person
how many hours it last
how was the member manner,
was it mostly general or specific and deep questions,
did you get the decision in the end of hearing,
and i know it depends on person and case but was it stressful or no?
Thanks fellas

Extremely variable depending on the member. Most hearings are virtual due to covid. 1-2 hours and the questions are based on your history and reasons for needing asylum. Whether you get an answer at the end depends on the member and your case. Same thing as NODs. Some send them quickly while others take months. Review all your documents to prepare for the hearing.
