Shipping address for ppr and courier from USA to ottawa

Hi Everyone. Thanks for the amazing community.

I am in USA and I received PRR last week. It asks me to ship the passport + photos + return envelope to the following address

CPCO – PR VISA
Corrections/Supporting Documentation/US PR/TR VISA
PO Box 8781 STN T CSC
Ottawa ON K1G 5B3

I went to Fedex & UPS and both of them said that they don't deliver to PO boxes. How are you folks shipping your passport to Canada from USA?

Hello Friends,

I am stuck at 'Customs Information' section which is the 3rd section in FedEx Ship Manager Lite. There are 2 divisions for Products Or Documents... Please can you let me know what needs to be selected here so that we can have the necessary commercial invoice generated.
Also, I suppose this is only required for return shipment? Onward shipment can be done in either local USPS or FedEx office in person?

Please let me know your thoughts.

select Documents -> immigration documents
I did both the shipments with fedex, had a commercial invoice for both incoming and outgoing mail.
