Hi guys, can someone please help me if the subject title above is totally different from each other? I applied as a shift supervisor in a restaurant and I can’t find my NOC. In 6311 there is only shift manager and supervisor. I was wondering if I can still apply for my PR even though my job title is Shift Supervisor .
Job titles are not determinative. What matters is whether you performed the duties in the job description.

But is it still a factor?
No. What matters is whether you performed the duties in the job description.

Okay. So another question. What is the difference of being a supervisor and a shift supervisor?
I dunno. One of them supervises shifts. What on earth are you asking about. The ONLY FACTOR that is relevant for your work experience is
WHETHER OR NOT YOU PERFORMED ALL OF THE DUTIES IN THE LEAD STATEMENT AND MOST OF THE MAIN DUTIES.
Neither the job title nor the educational requirements is determinative.
Is there any way I could make this clearer?

No I already get what you mean it’s just that my manager who’s giving me the role cannot understand it.
Which one does he prefer? Use that one.

Alrightyyy thank you so much
