hey guys!!!!

can somebody please tell me how good is manufacturing management program in this college?
a friend of mine applied for this program and got his acceptance letter. He is a mechanical engineering graduate.
he has good grades but no work experience. So will it be difficult for him to get a job considering that he is a fresher???
