Shall you submit your Express entry profile before receiving your ECA report

Can I submit my express entry profile before receiving the ECA report so I can enter the pool and later on I will update the ECA report?

Or will this affect my score and I will loose the chance to be selected for the invitation process

The system won't let you enter the pool without ECA

And where did you come up with that idea? ECA is needed to submit an eligible profile, it says so everywhere on CIC

without ECA you can create profile . but with out IELTS YOU CAN'T.

If u have a 1 year exp in canada or ur job is under the skill trade occupation,eca is n.ot mandatory for them.it is optional
