Hi Folks,

I have created express entry profile in October, 2017. My CRS was less than 400 at that time. I gave my IELTS in April, 2018. Now my score is almost nearer to 400.

I am waiting for OINP to send NOI. For last 2 draws under humanitarian stream they considered the profiles which were created after 1st January, 2018.

In this case shall I withdraw current profile and create a new one for my consideration ?
