Shall I send any proof of funds via CSE to CIC and please evaluate my profile

   Good evening in Kuwait time ,
   
   I have applied since 28th August, until now they didn't even start to review my eligibility, does delay mean any good news are coming.
   
   I'm an Engineer in Kuwait with an approximate of 5 years experience in Kuwait Oil Company and have Bachelor in Geological and geophysical engineering, I'm applying for SAIT ALBERTA, got non conditional acceptance , the course is Bachelor of Applied Technology Petroleum Engineering. 2 years program.
   
   I showed them enough funds from my account +my mother sponsor letter with around 35000 CAD plus owning my car and I can sell it after that.
   
   Showed them as well study leave letter stating that I'm given study leave starts next Jan and ends on Jan 2021.
   
   I have sent them my passport along with all my travel history to many countries.
   
   I'm an Egyptian 32 years, will this be enough?
   
   IELTS 6.5 with no subclass under 6 (6667) .
   
   Will applied degree after Bachelor will be reasonable for VO? As I see this applied degree will be useful for me too much.
   
   put in consideration I have been refused two times before as I was selecting an advanced diploma in GIS which it doesn't match with my career and educational back ground.
   
   Does changing the course will be an issue for VO?
2. can I send them any further Proof of funds via IRCC webform? If needed.
3. and if I remember any thing can I send them any information I remembered?
4. Please advise.
